RETURNING CITIZENS

Reentry Reset Track

Digital reentry, job readiness, financial reset education, documentation habits, resource navigation, entrepreneurship exposure, mentoring, and connection to experienced reentry partners.

WOMEN, SINGLE MOTHERS & CAREGIVERS

Family Momentum Track

Flexible career and business development, technology skills, financial stability, leadership, confidence, and practical planning around caregiving, transportation, and scheduling barriers.

Need

A clearly documented barrier affecting a defined participant group.

Action

Education, practice, navigation, mentoring, and a concrete deliverable.

Proof

Completion, knowledge change, accepted referral, or verified next step.
