A project-based learning and mentoring experience where youth and young adults build confidence, financial knowledge, digital and AI literacy, career awareness, leadership, and a portfolio.

Responsible AI, digital tools, career exploration, entrepreneurship, creative problem-solving, and a hands-on capstone project.
Voice and future direction
Mentoring, service, leadership practice, scholarship readiness, career mapping, and a planned Youth Advisory Circle.
Required youth safeguards
No youth-facing pilot begins until supervision, screening, consent, privacy, mandatory-reporting procedures, age-appropriate content, emergency protocols, and partner responsibilities are documented.
